Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in the packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods , custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping

Orders will be dispatched after payment.

We will aim to dispatch the items for next day delivery.

Please allow 1-2 working days for you to receive your package.

We will use the tracked and signed service to insure you receive the package safely. The tracking number will be updated on your account and sent via the email provided.

For bulk and custom orders, please allow between 3-4 working days for delivery. Once your artwork is verified we will confirm a ETA on when the items will processed and dispatched.

Returns

Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 60 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

We will issue a full refund on receipt, including the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 60 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

We recommend that customers return goods for refund or exchange using Intelibee.co.uk.

Once the item has arrived and has been checked, a full refund will be issued, please allow 2-5 business days for the funds to arrive into the payment method on our system.
